Description

We are looking for an energetic closer that is responsible for the development and performance of all sales consultants for any/all of thee franchise group. You will staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum volume and profitability in line with company vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to the training.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a daily plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Consultants/Product Specialists to ensure great Employee Satisfaction and Sales Satisfaction
  • Oversees daily work plans for the Sales Consultants
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Consultants to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Consultant’s sales and activity performance plus provide motivation.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Assists Sales Consultants in closing deals.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Recruits, tests, and hires Sales Consultants based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

Speedcraft is looking for Automotive Sales Consultants who are self-motivated, driven individuals with strong communication skills and a great attitude. The ideal candidate will work closely with our energetic management staff, in a professional environment with all the resources to ensure your success. We are especially interested in experienced sales professionals but will train the right applicant.

The Automotive Sales Consultant serves as guide to facilitate the customer buying experience.

Successful candidates are willing to learn a proven sales process that will teach the skills necessary to:

  • Discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives.
  • Match customer needs with model and equipment and presents vehicle in terms of customer’s interest.
  • Offer and accompany customer(s) on test drive.
  • Offer customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the sale.
  • Conduct the delivery process, and follow-up in prescribed manner with customers.

Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Technician you will perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, steering, suspension, brakes and air conditioning to required specifications.
  • Perform vehicle inspection to identify necessary repairs.
  • Provide labor and time estimates for all repair work.
  • Inspect and test vehicles to determine necessary and applicable repair work.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for service repairs.
  • Participate in on-going company and manufacturing training and education programs, to stay current and abreast of changing technology.
  • Provide and maintain a basic inventory of required hand tools.

Speedcraft is looking for Service Valet to make sure vehicle flow is runs smoothly in our Service Department. The Service / Sales Valet will direct the flow of traffic in our dealership’s parking lots, provide general lot supervision, moving cars as necessary to assist our clients and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Install floor mats and I.D. tags in all vehicles taken in for service
  • Drive vehicles from the service lane to the service parking lot
  • Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
  • Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot
  • Inspect each vehicle for damage prior to parking for service and when retrieving after service
  • Perform ‘Quality Control’ at the end of the service to ensure the inside and outside of the vehicle is clean and presentable to return to the customer
  • Pick up and deliver any parts requested by our Service and Parts Department
  • Other duties may be assigned

 

Job Summary

The Parts Advisor or Counterperson is responsible for assisting all mechanics and customers in purchasing needed parts, supplies, and accessories. The Parts Advisor is also responsible for achieving monthly sales and gross forecasts and for seeking out and soliciting parts business online. The Parts Advisor reports directly to the Parts Manager.

As an Automotive Parts Advisor, you will be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success as an Automotive Parts Advisor.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job duties for a parts advisor include:

  • Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership internally and via our parts website.
  • Communicating with online customers and keeping them up-to-date regarding their orders.
  • Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
  • Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department.
  • Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer, and completing the appropriate record keeping.
  • Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have basic computer skills.

Summary:

Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for coordinating the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers. The Finance and Insurance Manager works with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Sells financing and insurance to customers.
  • Responsible for the attainment and gross production of financial services’ goals and objectives.
  • Reviews customer credit applications.
  • Makes extended service contracts and other owner protection programs available to customers.
  • Assesses profitability to dealership of financing arrangements.
  • Utilizes the menu selling process.
  • Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist.
  • Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
  • Works closely with sales team.
  • Ensures compliance with all laws and regulatory obligations relative to financial services and products.
  • Supports the dealership’s initiative in Safeguard and Transaction compliance programs.
  • Complies with all Safeguard and Transaction compliance rules and regulations.
  • Ensures that all organizational activities and operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
  • Oversees completion and submission of all financing documents.
  • Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
  • Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensures adherence to F&I reporting requirements of the company.
  • Attends weekly manager meetings.
  • Maintain effective employee relations.
  • Promotes and maintains good CSI.
